Working with Krystal and taking charge of your own health is as easy as 1, 2...3 with this personalized 6 session nutrition plan.
STEP 1: Begin by filling out a health assessment questionnaire so that Krystal can understand how to best assist you to achieve your health goals. Once complete, she will review your answers in preparation for your first consultation call that you will schedule today.
STEP 2: After that call, Krystal will customize your personal plan in an neatly organized binder that will include a Personalized Eating Plan, an Attainable Exercise Plan, Customized Supplement Regimen, Recipes, Restaurant Suggestions, Snack Suggestions, Detox Tips, additional Lifestyle Tips and more.
STEP 3: Once your plan is complete, Krystal will schedule a 60 minute session with you (in person or virtually via Skype or Zoom) to review your plan in detail and then it is off to the races from there! You will have 4 more follow up sessions to track your progress.
In addition to your binder, you will have 4 additional 30 minute follow up consultations and have unlimited access to Krystal through the duration of the 6 sessions via text and email. Having unlimited access to Krystal will offer accountability and personalization throughout your health journey. You can choose each of the remaining sessions to be virtual or in person.
